Child Safety Standards

Last updated: September 18, 2026

BikerOrNot is operated by Marco Polo Publications, Inc. These standards describe how we prohibit, prevent, detect and respond to child sexual abuse and exploitation (“CSAE”) on our platform, and how anyone can report a concern to us.

BikerOrNot has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (“CSAM”) or any other form of child sexual abuse or exploitation.

1. BikerOrNot is an adults-only platform

BikerOrNot is intended solely for adults. Our Terms of Service require every member to be at least 18 years of age, and registration asks for a date of birth and refuses any account that does not meet that threshold. Members must also affirmatively confirm that they are 18 or older before an account is created.

Minors are not permitted to use BikerOrNot under any circumstances. If we learn that an account belongs to a person under 18, we terminate it and delete the associated data.

2. What is prohibited

The following are strictly prohibited on BikerOrNot:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form, including images, video, audio, text, drawings, and computer-generated or AI-generated depictions.
  • Sexualization of a minor, including sexualized commentary about a minor and the sexualized depiction of a real or fictional child.
  • Grooming, or any attempt to develop a relationship with a minor for the purpose of sexual exploitation.
  • Sextortion, or threatening to expose intimate imagery of a minor.
  • Trafficking of a minor, or advertising, soliciting, or facilitating sexual contact with a minor.
  • Linking to, promoting, or directing others to any of the above, on or off our platform.

3. How to report a child safety concern

In the app or on the website: every post, comment, photo, message and member profile carries a report control. Choose “Child safety (involves a minor)” as the reason and add any detail that will help us act. Reports go directly to our moderation team.

By email: you do not need an account to report a concern. Write to childsafety@bikerornot.com with a link to the content or profile and a description of the problem. This address is monitored by staff who are able to speak to our CSAM prevention practices and compliance.

Do not download, save, or forward suspected CSAM in order to report it, and do not include it as an attachment. A link or description is enough for us to act.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. In the United States you can also report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678.

4. How we prevent and detect

  • Age gate. Registration requires a date of birth and an explicit 18-or-older confirmation, and accounts that do not meet the threshold are refused.
  • Human review of uploads. Images uploaded to BikerOrNot are queued for review by our moderation team, alongside automated screening for prohibited content.
  • Member reporting. Reporting controls appear on all user-generated content and profiles, with a dedicated child safety category.
  • Blocking. Members can block any other member, which removes contact and visibility in both directions.
  • Account enforcement. We suspend and permanently terminate accounts for violations of these standards, and we act on credible information from any source, not only from reports.

5. How we respond

When we identify content or conduct that violates these standards, we:

  • remove the content from the platform;
  • terminate the account or accounts responsible, and take reasonable steps to prevent the account holder from returning;
  • preserve the relevant material and account records as required by applicable law; and
  • report apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), and cooperate with law enforcement and with regional and national authorities as required by applicable law.

We treat child safety reports as our highest moderation priority and review them ahead of other report categories.
