Ok, what do if you are alone and experiencing a heart attack.. what do you do, read below. Pause for 2 minutes and read this: - how to help your chances of surving a heart attack if you are alone. 1. Say it is 19 h25 and you go home after an exceptionally difficult day at work. 2. You are really tired, upset and frustrated. 3 suddenly you begin to experience pain in the chest that begins to irradiate in your arm...See More and your jaw to the top and in the heart. You're only about five miles from the nearest hospital to your house. 4. Unfortunately, you do not know if you will be able to go this far. 5. You Received CPR training, but the guy who taught the course doesn't tell you how to run it on yourself. 6. How to survive a heart attack when you are alone, because many people are alone when they suffer from a heart attack and find themselves without help. The person whose heart beats badly and starts to feel weak, only about 10 seconds before losing consciousness. 7. However, these victims can help themselves by coughing repeatedly and vigorously. Deep breaths to take before each cough and cough must be deep and prolonged, as when spitting in the bottom of the chest. Breathing and coughing must be repeated every two seconds and hold until the hospital arrives or until the heart gets back to beating normally. 8. Deep breaths allow oxygen to be obtained in the lungs and cough movements raise the heart and keep the blood in circulation. Pressure on the heart also helps to restore normal heart rhythm. In this way, victims of a heart attack can travel to the hospital to receive adequate care. 9. Let's say that many other people are interested in this. You could save their lives!! 10. A cardiologist says that if everyone who receives this mail wanted to send him back to 10 people, we could bet that we will save at least one life. 11. Instead of sending jokes, please... contribute to saving lives by sharing this message. 12. If this message came to you more than once... please don't be angry... you should, on the contrary, be happy to have many friends who care about you Feel free to copy and share
