Eighteen Years... All of us remember where we were during the attack of September 11th, 2001. The dismay and the shock, the fright and the lamentations, the raw pain (which was unrestrained...) the lasting hurt of all survivors both physically and emotionally... the outpouring of love and support from all over the world, the courage of every single police officer, fireman, canine unit, and civilian that helped rescue & fight the onslaught of terror... must be recognized and commended... One minute today...of silence... for lives lost — @-- amen @--

At the Pentagon’s 9/11 Memorial each Memorial Unit contains a pool of water, reflecting light in the evenings onto the bench and surrounding gravel field. The Pentagon Memorial, located just southwest of The Pentagon in Arlington County, Virginia, is a permanent outdoor memorial to the 184 people who died as victims in the building and on American Airlines Flight 77 during the September 11 attacks.
