Introduction:
Authentic. Spontaneous. Free-Spirited. Intelligent. Tolerant. Loyal. Alive. Large, close knit family. Friend till the end. Some likes...I like standing in the line for the roller coaster, listening to people scream as they descend the first drop, knowing I too am about to make that descent. I like it when I step in mud, barefooted and it squishes between my toes. I like having to put my mouth up to a man's ear, as we are screaming down the highway in the wind, so he can hear me. I like the fact that our elderly generation still dress up every Saturday night, after doing so for 50+ years, to eat at their favorite steak house. I like eating fudge sicles on a really hot day, trying to stay a head of the game, and staving off sticky arms. I like the smell of the pages in an old book. I like the sound of bullfrogs. I like dunking my grilled cheese in Pepsi. I like my back lightly tickled. And, I like real, scarred, flawed, authentic people who don't waste energy bothering themselves with living to please me and vice versa; but with whom I share an unspoken respect and understanding of where they've been and their continued journey down the highway. |
Turn ons:
Confidence, loyalty, quiet strength, integrity, spontaneity, authenticity, loud pipes, trustworthy, respectful, gentle at times and not so at others, tolerence. |
Turn offs:
Posers, disrespect, blow-hards, yellow bellies, animated-boisterous-social ignorance, self appointed "biker" monikers because last year they bought the fully loaded Road King off the showroom floor and they "tear it up" on the local, weekly poker runs. |
Ideal:
Hard to pinpoint. It's a joint venture, so while I may have a generalized idea of my ideal partner, I too have to be theirs and different strokes for different folks. | |
