About Me:
I remember the first time I checked out this site and noticed the banner that showed a picture of a girl and a guy. The guy was holding a woman’s face, gazing into her eyes, and appeared to be planting a gentle kiss upon her lips. Being the skeptical person I am, I thought, “What a crock of shit.” This is probably just another crazy site, not much different than BikerNation or BikerKiss. Figuring I had been dealing with those fools for awhile, I thought I had nothing to lose. So, I wrote the profile from hell, posted a few pics, and dove in feet first…
That was the middle of July and although I ‘met’ many kind people, it seemed that anyone I wanted to get to know better lived in another time zone. Now, I’ve done the long-distance thing before, and quite honestly, I knew I deserved better and was no longer going to compromise. On 9/1, I came across the profile of a guy...a biker, intelligent, good-looking, and he lived in Los Angeles! I shot him a quick e-mail and on 9/4, we met for dinner on the Malibu Pier. We enjoyed a nice dinner (although he was 40 minutes late), and much to my surprise, he called me and asked me out again, and again, and again. One month later, on 10/3, he asked me to marry him and my reply was, “Fuck, yea.” On 10/11, he bought me a diamond wedding ring and since then, we've been house hunting and looking to start a family together!
While we’ve all come across a lot of losers and flakes in this type of forum, every once in awhile, the universe throws something our way that completely changes our lives… So, anyone out there who may still be searching for their best friend, lover, and partner-in-crime all rolled up into one, don’t give up hope.
