Introduction: I lost the love of my life & soulmate on Dec 2, 2007. (For the morbidly curious, read my blog.) I don't think a single day will ever pass without me missing him, but I've learned alot about living with loss these last few months. I am starting to feel alive again, even enjoy laughing and socializing. I think that's a good sign. I still hit some bumps along the way, some are bigger than others, but I am moving forward with my life. Rod seems pleased & his opinion is the ONLY one that counts. I have a new FXDF, thanks to my son David. I'm looking for new places to ride - new bike, new life. The concept seems simple enough; implementation has been a learning process.

Activities:
Riding - can be to the store a mile down the road or a 5000 mile road trip. If I'm riding, I'm a happier person overall. When I'm not riding, then corresponding with my BHC guys usually takes center stage. They are near and dear to my heart -many I consider to be Family. Frizzy is my Best Friend and has been for MANY years, so naturally, he is at the TOP of that list of Very Special Men of Honor.
Interests:
I enjoy photography & have lots and lots of run and party pics. Some of the event pics are on my website
Maybe I'll post some here to share. When I am at home, I enjoy DIY "fixits" - just finished a new deck for my hottub, and currently re-landscaping my backyard & patio area.
I've always worked on my own bikes - don't need to do that with the new one...

Favorite TV Shows:
Burn Notice, My Name is Earl - that is IF I sit still long enough to watch TV. After editing TV programs all day, I don't really care what's on the boob-tube.

Strictly Ballroom, Snatch, Wild Hogs, Bandits...
Favorite Books:
The ONLY way to cross Texas heading west - Books on the ipod! Tim Dorsey makes me laugh! Recent reads/listens include The Company, DaVinci Code, John Twelvehawks "The Dark River." I like the audio version of James Lee Burke books cause they bring a little bit of my cajun back to me. There's lots more, those are the ones I can think of right now.
