Introduction:
I started riding in 1964. For me it was a natural progression from bicycles. Started out on a Honda step through scooter, then a Harley 50cc, and it just went from there, dirt bikes, street bikes. In the '70s I had a Harley Hummer. Since 2001 I have had Harleys. I'm a rider. I ride as much as possible, I put yard work aside to ride (I'm single), I put house cleaning on the back burner to ride (Somebody's gotta do it). I don't know how many miles I've ridden, don't care. I'm not riding to impress anyone, I ride because its in my blood, and it's fun. I like going to ralleys like Rolling Thunder in DC, Gettysburg Bike Week and York Open House. Riding the roads of Northern VA, MD, PA and eastern panhandle of WV. I've been told I'm very down to Earth and have a hell of a sense of humor. Spent 20 years in the Army ('67-'87) and I'm a Vietnam Vet ('68-'69).

Turn ons:
Nice tatoo in the right place. Rides through the countryside. Being close
Turn offs:
Liars, players, rain and wind, disrespect
Ideal:
I lean toward the petite ladies. Down to Earth, no games, straight up type. Someone who doesn't mind holding hands in public, getting cozy to watch TV. Likes to go out, but isn't obsessed with it.
Favorite Quotes:
"Share your fears with yourself and your courage with others. You will inspire people to do things that are incredible." MILLER, FRANKLIN D.

"In the first place, we should insist that if the immigrant who comes here in good faith becomes an American and assimilates himself to us, he shall be treated on an exact equality with everyone else, for it is an outrage to discriminate against any such man because of creed, or birthplace, or origin. But this is predicated upon the person's becoming in every facet an American, and nothing but an American...There can be no divided allegiance here. Any man who says he is an American, but something else also, isn't an American at all. We have room for but one flag, the American flag... We have room for but one language here, and that is the English language ... and we have room for but one sole loyalty and that is a loyalty to the American people."

Theodore Roosevelt 1907
