Introduction:
I'm Mike and I'm a WV State Trooper. I've been with the state police for over 14 years. I'm a member of the Blue Knights Motorcycle Club. Everyone has a choice in life as far as what they do with their life and how they choose to live. For me, I choose to live, work, and ride by a code of honor, in service to those who need someone to stand up for them and their rights. There are those who believe that by living outside of the rules of our country, they are exercising their "rights" and those of us in law enforcement are infringing on their rights. Personally, I don't care what others do as long as you don't try to step on someone else's rights or take or destroy their property. That's where we'll have a problem...because I will defend that line in the sand. Those I serve with go out everyday, to protect total strangers, knowing we may not return home. If there was a patch that said 99% I guess I would wear that...
I've riden just about every type of bike imaginable...not a Harley guy...They're ok, but I think HD should focus more on the quality of their bikes and not all the merchandising. My current ride is a 2008 Victory Vision. It's a big departure from the retro look I usually go for, but I knew I had to have it when I saw it. Talking about comfort and great handling...WOW! It handles almost like a sport bike, but it's got tons of room to stretch out. What ever bike you're on...it's a reflection of your personality. Every bike has it's good points and bad, just as every rider does.
In addition to riding, I play drums in a local band and we play mostly pop and rock....Boston, Styx, Journey, REO Speedwagon, Van Halen, Buck Cherry, Puddle of Mudd, Finger 11, Train, etc...

This is my baby. She's a 2008 Victory Vision in SuperSteel Gray Metalic finish. It's the comfort package so I've got heated seats and grips, kick butt stereo and MP3 player, power telescoping windshield, fully adjustable levers and air suspension and enough storage room to bury Jimmy Hoffa (again lol). |
