Introduction:
Hi, Lets start out with the important stuff. Thank you for all the invits. I appreciate that, really I do, but I don't want to be another guy on your list and I am not here to make myself look good or get as many friends as possible. I am not being harsh just real. If you don't write then I will delete you after a week or so.
My name is Len and I am from Michigan. I love to ride, by myself or with friends, it don't matter. I like the open road and the wind in my face. I am also a very simple person. I dont need a lot but I like good things. I see things for what they are and make the best of even the worst situations.
I am a Marine Warrant Officer recently DIVORCED residing in Jacksonville North Carolina. I retire in June and then hit the road for the summer looking for peace of mind. I really hope I can find it.
For the record, I am not looking for a relationship, I am not looking for love; Hell, I just ended a bad relationsip not too long ago. Friendship and trust is all I am looking for. Besides, I have been robbed by the last two wives and kicked in the face when I was down. So I am broke, I am tired, but I am making it one day at a time. Now I need to take care of number one since that didn't happen the last 14 years I was married.
I spent three years in Japan riding a 97 Heritage Classic touring the country as much as I could. Hit a lot of Japanese rallies. I love Japan and the people are great. I had to sell my Heritage before I came back to the states and I now own a 1983 FXWD shovel head. An old school bike but I love the look and feel of it. A real gem. 75% original for sure. Prior to my Heritage I rode a Yamaha, Yea, I said it. Came over from the dark side... Dirt bikes before that and I learned on a minibike. Wow, that was a long time ago...
Riding clears my head and gets me away from everyday crap. It's nice with the wind in my face and a good machine to ride on. So I just like cruising down the road, not racing to get somewhere. Hell, I will get there soon enough. Other then that I take it one day at a time. Have a great day. LATER, I AM OUT OF HERE!!!
