Introduction:
Moved to the Roanoke Valley in 2002 to escape the ratrace of Northern Va. I have been riding since 1973, started on dirt bikes like alot of other folks. Have worked for Harley twice in my life with the most recent being the Sales Manager at Whitt's HD in Manassas, Va. Now I spend alot of my spare time building bikes and Hot Rod cars. Grew up overseas in the Pacific, Okinawa, Japan, Philipines as a military brat. Guess it was a good upbringing, I am a Veteran (USAF), Would love to go to Europe and Australia someday. I am a widower, my wife recently passed away from Breast Cancer, I have two almost grown daughters, 17 & 14.

About Me:
I am 6', 220, I smoke (gonna try to quit this New Year)(Well, how about an update. My last cig was on the 1st, since the 2nd haven't touched one and feeling pretty good about it, will continue to strive not to smoke anymore, its all good) and socially drink, enjoy peace and quiet, love a nice dinner out with that special someone. Love the country, mountains and valleys, but I don't hunt or fish (go figure). I do enjoy camping (I carry a tent and sleeping bag when I ride somewhere), would rather sleep under the stars then in a Hotel. Trying to start over, enjoy my life. No head games and no emotional baggage needed. I have been told, I am the most level headed person people have met, although I am not a Pacifist. I want to live life for today, I can't change yesterday, and I can do nothing about tomorrow, so today is the only day I can do anything about.

		1946 Harley-Davidson Flathead My Junkyard dog. Bought this as a true Basket Case about 5 years ago, 1946UL, 1200cc Flathead. The only brand new parts are the tires, brakes, and transmission. Everything else has been found in my parts stash, swap meets and from friends, I ride this bike more then my 99 EVO Softail.
