Hey To all who didn't make it to Sturgis !
Despite a few minor set-backs, we made it to Sturgis in 34hrs in a Penskee. My Son cut his finger print off with a chop saw, my pretty truck got T-boned on Monday before we left, loaded three bikes and more gear than was ever used, and away we went, Penskee wouldn't go over 75 mph, that made tha hills a little slow,but Hey, no speeding tickets...lol...My Son and I put about 900 miles on tha V-rods, lost a computer on mr.Hyde, tha rental was not quite what I was used too...Pic's to follow...
I have learned in tha past year that life is short, life is fragile,friends that you thought would live forever,don't. Tha passing of my Best Friend taught me how to cry.... Life is way to short to keep a grudge, get mad over little things, or to stay mad over nothing. today is a wonderful gift, thats why we call it tha Present. Tomorrow will get here soon-enuff.
I am one of tha,Last of tha Great things to come out of tha Fifties.
I have all original equipment, a few dings here and there, my grille is still shiny with no missing pieces, I'm tha reason Levi made "501's"
