Introduction:

Riding is my passion.

I'm truly a blessed woman who has friends and family who help me to have a fulfilling life. Constantly on the go, and I like that. Won't find me sitting on the couch, waiting for life to happen, or watching it happen to someone on TV. This ain't no dress rehearsal!

Not sure where I found this, but wanted to share it:

A good woman is proud of herself. She respects herself and others. She is aware of who she is. She neither seeks definition from the person she is with, nor does she expect them to read her mind. She is quite capable of articulating her needs. A good woman is hopeful. She is strong enough to make all her dreams come true. She knows love, therefore she gives love. She recognizes that her love has great value and must be reciprocated. If her love is taken for granted, it soon disappears. A good woman has a dash of inspiration, a dabble of endurance. She knows that she will, at times, have to inspire others to reach the potential God gave them.

A good woman knows her past, understands her present and moves toward the future.

A good woman knows God. She knows that with God the world is her playground, but without God she will just be played. A good woman does not live in fear of the future because of her past. Instead, she understands that her life experiences are merely lessons, meant to bring her closer to self knowledge and unconditional self love.

Not really looking for a relationship, but wouldn't mind if someone wonderful came into my life. It would have to be someone who could add a bit of excitement to my life, someone curious about who I am, someone who has passion ... Photobucket
PhotobucketPlease don't make assumptions about me. If you have a question ask, don't assume you know the answer based on a one dimensional picture. If you want to get on my bad side, that's a quick way. Bashing my friends would be an even quicker way. :-)PhotobucketPhotobucketPhotobucket
Turn ons:
road trips, warm sunshine, 's' turns on a twisty roads, dry pavement, spending time with good friends
Turn offs:
Prolly the same stuff that turns you off.
Ideal:
He is a moral and ethical person who has taken responsibility for his actions and for the consequences whether intentional or inadvertent. He will understand that falling in lust is so easy, sustaining it takes hard work
Activities:
Go to the gym in the morning before work - usually when it opens - seems the people who are there at that hour are intent on working out and it isn't quite a social zoo. I was pretty heavy at one time, now I take care of my body, and I feel really good about the results I've attained. Country dancin' and riding are my passions - if I'm doing either one, you can bet I'm smiling. Gotta go get the bugs out of my teeth now ...
Favorite Music:
Rock, alternative, country rock, some classic country,
Favorite TV Shows:
The best exchange on tv was on 2 1/2 men:
Her: "You look like my third husband"
Him: "how many times have you been married?"
Her: "Twice"
Favorite Books:
Anything by Elizabeth George. Surprises me that so many people on this site are so proud of the fact that they don't read.
Favorite Quotes:
"Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover." Mark Twain
Fabulous - Viczin
I'm Just Sayin' - Jag and everyone else hahaha
Too many movin' parts for ya'? - Ponch (Jackass!!)
It doesn't suck to be me - DaveP
"I've taken baths that were deeper than you." Morgan Freeman in The Bucket List
Not so much - ummm, too many people to list, but I think it started with Viczin ...
About Me:
Single mom with two kids in high school and one out on his own. I love my job, take classes part time at UMUC, ride every chance I get, play on the computer a bit too much, country dance a couple of times a month. I'm here to meet like minded folks who love to ride, maybe enjoy a bit of country dance, maybe make some new friends, find some local riding partners.
