Introduction:
 | We get involved in good causes and have fun, enjoy the freedom of the road and live life more vigorously than those who dont ride. If you dont ride you wont understand. I am into photography, music, motorcycles, the outdoors, nature, the ocean, beaches, traveling, working around the house, swimming, golf, snorkeling, riding either the mountain bike or harley. These are just a few of the things I like, I am very diverse, talented, intelligent and hardworking. Other traits would include honest, loyal and trustworthy. I like to help people, I have volunteered and organized bike runs to help the battered womens shelter. I love animals, pets and wildlife. I am originally from the midwest, I grew up on a small farm and have been riding motorcycles for over 30 years. I have played guitar for as long and enjoy most music, but primarily listen to rock-classic, alternative, and hard. Like it loud! I was a business owner in Missouri for 28 years before moving to South Florida to help take care of my parents. Was married for 17 years, been divorced since 2004. I am the Information Technology Director for a really cool publishing company in North Palm Beach
I love photography and web development here is one of my sites that helps raise awareness about Domestic Violence and support for the Family Violence Center

1984 HD XLH Iron Head Sportster
Owned this bike since 1985, its a late 84, Put on a codhay springer front end with a 21" front rim and tire, 2.5 gallon fat bobs with house of color candy brandywine laquer with some fine blue glitter and 4 clear coats, 883 shocks, le pera solo seat, removable bitch pad, drag pipes S&S Super B. Just rebuilt the top and bottom end in 05. Got rid of the speedo, tach and a few other things. I'd have to estimate the bike has around 50k miles on it, been through 4 chains and about 8 back tires and one set of wheel bearings?? My buddy that painted the bike got ran over and killed by a drunk driver while he was sittin at a stop light. I can never sell or repaint this bike. Not sure who did it but the twice convicted drunk driver got some old testament eye for an eye treatment and was terminated.

| My first bike at age 10 was a honda 90 it was one of those "no clutch" deals, I think they called it a honda-matic. Somebody gave it to my dad. We lived on a farm and I asked my folks if I could ride that bike, they said yes, I immediately said "can I ride that bike all I want?" they said yes. I would spend hours everyday running that thing all over the farm. I eventually decided I needed two types of tracks an oval, and a motocross track. So I would pretend I was in races either the short track, or moto-cross. Back and forth round and round, my parents knew it was in my blood.
For my 12th birthday I came home from school, no one was home, I sat down at the step to take off my tennis shoes to put on my boots and as I looked up right there in front of me was a brand new Honda 175, this was a street bike, new and shiny what the hell is this doing in our garage I wondered. I began to examine it closely, I could see there were 2 exhaust pipes, its a twin cylinder four stoke I thought wow is this for me? I went and did my chores and still no one was home, it was my birthday where the hell is everyone? I couldn't stand it that bike must be mine, so I took it off the kick stand and sat down, could touch the ground cool. I thought what the hell its gotta be mine, I started it and sat there thinking ok, now what. I proceeded up the long gravel drive towards the road and about half way down the drive the bike died, I freaked and did not pull the clutch in...remeber I am 12 and my only bike so far did not have a clutch. So I went over, dumped it, that brand new bike right there in the drive....LOL, all it did was scratch one of the levers and a turn signal, the tank was not hurt, it was then I realized this sum bitch is heavy, took me 3 tries to stand it back up, crank crank crank it wont start. damit I forgot to turn the frikin gas on!! That bike was my freedom, my parents let me ride it on the streets up to the gas station, down to the river and over to my buddies. Me and Dad cut the tips of the exhaust pipes off and took the baffles out, there that sounds better. A couple of years later I was coming home from the river when a lady in a station wagon backed out of her drive in front of me, it was kinda a side swipe I didn't go down but I was hurt. Mom said to be more careful, I thought ya better learn to ride defensively. Months later my Dad had me on back and we were going up a small hill on a gravel road and he dumped the bike in the gravel, fucked himself up and I was not hurt...he was drunk...Mom was so pissed she said no more motorcycle, I waited a few weeks and said mom how about if I get another dirt bike? So I traded that bike straight across for a Yamaha 175, now I was happenin on the street and on the farm I was the wheelie king. One day the exhaust came loose at the head and I blew the rings right out of it. That was the first motorcycle engine I ever rebuilt. Sometime around 17 or 18 I bought a kawasaki LTD440 belt drive peice of (oh I am not supposed to slam another brand of bike) crap rice burner, it was good transportation but not what I was looking for. I was 24 years old when a family friend that worked for a bank was visiting and he was talking about his job. I over heard that he was in charge of selling repo's. I asked him, John, do you happen to have any harley davidson motorcycles? He said as a matter of fact, yes and he needed to get it moved he was afraid the garage was scavenging parts off it. I said how about a grand, he said how about 1500? I said ok, my credit was good he even loaned me the money, that was in 1985, it was only one year old. I went down there and it was looking bad, they had taken all the controls, exhaust, brakes, and carb off of it..rat bastards. I fixed it up and rode the crap out of it until I was injured in a car wreck in 2000, I had a bad neck injury I could not ride for 3 years. God it was like somebody cut my dick off or something I swear I could hear my bike calling my name from the garage. Thats the bike you see in the picture. If you read about it you understand I can't sell it, or repaint it. RIP Sinbad. Ride on! |

Dont call em bikers til you've seen em ride. 15 Grand and 15 miles do not make you a biker.
