Introduction:
I am a 42 year old-Biker-Teacher-Dude, 2 weeks after high school I enlisted in the Army and spent 5 1/2 years as an infantry soldier and I am a disabled Vet. After the military, I worked as a state and federal prison guard, and worked my way through college, with a wife and three kids! After busting my ass for 4 years, I am a US History teacher. I am the commander of AMVETS as well as a Board of Director for the American Veterans Motorcycle Riders Association. I am a single father with 3 Adult-kids my oldest son is 24 and just got out of the Navy, my daughter 21 is attending college at Purdue and lives with her mom and my youngest son bubs is 19 and he is autistic. I have two bikes now, a 1996 Heritege Softtail and a 1985 Harley Davidson FXRS.I can honestly say that I am the type of person that has never met a stranger; I am one of the good guys, We are still out here! SO to all my brothers and the ladies, just because we havent met face to face doesnt mean that we dont know each other! Until we get a chance to meet face-to-face....Keep the rubber on the road,

Activities:
The hum of the motor, the wind in my face and hitting that trance state of mind, where I get hypnotized and before I realize it, I am lost in the zone of riding. That zone no matter what is going wrong in my world that zone just elevates me and takes me to the place in my mind that I love, that lost in your mind while riding is such a great high. Lately I have been just pulling over on the side of a lake or hill and watch the sun set. It’s been ZEN like.

Interests:
Between my Job, my Kids and the veteran's causes and all the social issues that i am involved my life is pretty busy. I try to keep myself pretty keeps me very active. I love to garden, BBQ, sit in my hot tub on a cool spring night, and just CHILL

About Me:
I am the quintessential social butterfly! When I say I am the type of person that has never met a stranger, for the most part that is a fact. Doesn’t matter where I am at, or what I am doing, Just cause we haven’t met face to face doesn’t mean we don’t know each other! The one draw back to being a social butterfly, is the fact that in order to be a Social Butterfly you must have the innate ability to possesses one key ingredient, as a true Social Butter fly you must have the ability to attract the village idiot! I am known as the Village Idiot Magnet! “NO BULLSHIT! If there is a village idiot within 5 miles of where I am at, THEY WILL FIND ME! It’s a running joke between my friends! Me being the person that I am, I don’t mind! I welcome all people into my life! I call my friends…my friends, if you are my friend...be a friend! Treat me as you want to be treated! My friends know that I will ALWAYS go that extra mile for you if you are my friend! I will often put your needs ahead of mine! But when it comes time to be a friend you better be able to do the same for me! There are only three types of people that don’t like.....The first being shallow people you know....someone that thinks that think they are better than someone else! The next would be people with no manners! if someone sneezes you should say bless you, someone say’s “Hello, you should say Hello!” "Please" and "Thank you" still matter! Sir and ma’am are still a nice way to address someone, regardless of how old they are! If you get to a door before someone else, hold the door open. Doesn’t matter if they are female or male, young or old being “NICE…IS NICE!” and it don’t cost a thing! Last but not least MEAN people SUCK! Enough said?
