I am half Italian and half German. My body and mind are in their early 50s, my spirit is much younger. I am generally seen as a nice guy and a warm person. I am seemingly quiet but the wheels are always turning. I have an abstract sense of humor (far side) that can be so crazy, I sometime wonder where I come up with the nutty stuff, I can have you in tears..

BON is an interesting place to say the least. It is like a cross section of society but with a different blend of culture. I can honestly say I have met some of the best people on here in my life, true friends, which are rare, as well as some others, just very different than myself. It’s all good, we are all just folks making the best of our worlds. Someone else will judge us all in the end.

There are four reasons I am on the site, the first is for my relatively new found love for a machine and the sense of freedom only a true biker could understand. You develop an appreciation for the machine, it’s sound, it’s power and we put our lives in the hands of the monster all the time. You “get it” when you are out on the open road and it the rest of the world just goes away. The motorcycle allows you to use senses you have forgotten and truly becomes a part of you.

The second was to do something healthy for my self, yes air is an air-freshener (thanks Peg and Bruce). The third was to make some new friends and the fourth to find a special companion, the last love of my life.

I am currently working on number four.
