performs high energy concert-style dead-on covers of the hits, deep cuts, juke box favorites, jam tunes, and arena rockers by Legendary Southern Rock Pioneers such as
LYNYRD SKYNRD, THE MARSHALL TUCKER BAND,
THE ALLMAN BROTHERS, THE OUTLAWS, BLACKFOOT, 38 SPECIAL, MOLLY HATCHET, THE CHARLIE DANIELS BAND, THE ATLANTA RHYTHM SECTION, ZZ TOP, and more.
SOUTHERN STEEL has been the opening act for such legendary international acts as
The Outlaws, Leslie West & Mountain, Dickey Betts & Great Southern, The Marshall Tucker Band, and Foghat as well as sharing headline billing with The Marshall Tucker Band, Molly Hatchet, and Blackfoot for the 3rd Annual Southern Rock Festival, has headlined concerts for the Keyport Firemans Fair, the Toms River A.L. Riders Benefit for Oceans of Love, The Keypost VFW "For Love of Country" Fundraiser, and the Keyport Country Jamboree.
