I am a owner/operaitor Truck Driver, I am stuck most of the time out on the road. I have a dedicated run from San Diego to Indianapolis, which my husband and I do every week. I have been driving truck for 5 yrs and have owned own truck for the last 3 1/2yrs.
Every chance I get I spend out on my 2006 Victory Kingpin. I most of the time end up riding around in circles around north west phoenix, and local area. but I dont care just want to feel the wind, and my 100ci Freedom..
I Started riding in Dec 2004, My Wedding Present was a 05 Honda Shadow Spirit, he had to get me my own bike before I would consider the idea of marraige. (if the relationship didnt work, i had my excape... LOL, Kidding)
The Kingpin was at first my Husbands bike, it took awhile but I kept begging him to let me ride it around the block, BIG MISTAKE!!!! I ended up making my way back to the house about 45min later.. WHAT A GREAT RIDE!!
I told him that I was in love with his bike,(repeted it all day, every day for 2 weeks) and since we could not afford to buy me another bike, and he would do anything to shut me up. He traded bikes with me. It took him a week to convince me that he was not joking, and that I was never to ride his 750 shadow again.. HE MUST REALLY LOVE ME, CAUSE I DONT THINK THERE IS ANOTHER MAN WHO WOULD GIVE UP HIS BIKE, TO A WOMAN WHO ALREADY HAD A BIKE, MUCH LESS CHOOSE TO RIDE A BIKE THAT DID NOT FIT HIM. (THATS LOVE & DEVOTION)
I still love the Kingpin & at times my husband. and Because he gave me his bike, I know that His love is Limitless.
Now I just need to get him to let me off the truck more so I have more time on the bike.. All I do is Drive, Drive, Drive, and all I want in life is to RIDE, RIDE, RIDE!
I am not happy when I cant ride, if I did not have a bike I would have nothing to wake up for. I have no real life, every day is the same, no change. I get some of a Life when I Ride, and then the pages are blank when I leave.

2006 Victory Kingpin
My Husband Just gave me his 2006 Victory Kingpin. We are getting it lowered so I can touch the ground and shorten the forward controls so I can reach. It is going to be nice to have a bigger bike. It has the 100ci 6spd. Great bike.
I dont know of any other man to give up his prize posesion and give it to his wife.
He is taking the Honda Spirit 750. LOL |
