Sometimes I read in cycles, when I find an author I enjoy
I often devour their work.The latest cycle of my discourse
gorge included all of Murakami, most of Bukowski, Kundera,
Geek Love and Gabriel Garcia Marquez again. There is always
a place for Tom Robbins on my bookshelf. John Irving's
Until we meet again was a pleasant surprise. Currently
on a biographical bent, Patty Boyd was disappointing,
the Beatles faired much better, Clapton was just ok. Hurricane Carter was interesting from a legal perspective, John Lennon and the Beatles segued into middlesex and now back to a biogarphy of Hendrix, which was predictable poverty fame drugs sex death now re-reading Woodward and Armstrong's the Brethren about the superme court. Boy do I miss the Warren Court. Just finished a Bukowski biography and smiled all the way through it.
