Having won numerous Battle of The Bands and a Southland Full Throttle Magazine Favorite, GRIP has opened for Mother's Finest, the Atlanta Rhythym Section, Blackfoot, Molly Hatchet, JB Walker, Jeff Bates and Nashville Star Chris Young. Playing many great establishments from Sugar Hill to Cartersville, GA., Tennesee, Alabama, South Carolina, Florida as well as Atlanta Motor Speedway for the Kobalt Tools 500 and Pep Boys 500 for the past two years. GRIP will play Atlanta Motor Speedways first ever Night Race Labor Day 2009. GRIP was promoted to the Friday Night Slot at The Boardwalk Beach Resort during the Thunder Beach Spring and Fall rallies after the Ms. Thunder Beach Finale and played their first Daytona Bike Week in Spring of 09!
