Introduction:
My name is Johnny, I've been married to the same women for 26 years. We have 3 daughters and one son, 4 grand daughters and 2 grand sons.
I'm a disabled, retired welder. I welded construction and oilfield for 35 years. I'm still keeping my hand in it too, building smokers and Bar-B-Qs with large diameter used oilfield pipe.
I have a cheap digital camera (FujiFilm S700) that I am having more fun with than most people are allowed to have.
I like scooters, 4 wheeling, fishin' and huntin'. I read a lot of crime and mystery novels in my spare time. |

1959 Harley-Davidson Duo-Glide Sport Solo
1953 bottom, 1978 top end, 1965 juice frame, 1973 wide glide, 1959 tranny and rear wheel qualified it for a 1959 duo-glide title. I built this scooter out of boxes and junkyards. Suicide shift, belt drive. |

1959 Harley-Davidson Duo-Glide Sport Solo
Same scooter, different photo. I painted this with Krylon epoxy paint I bought at Wally World. I had to weld tabs on the frame for the gas tanks and floor boards. I had lots of fun building this scoot. Learned a little bit about H-D's doin' it. |
