Description:	This isn't a ride, but a personal request to keep a very dear lady friend of mine in your thoughts/prayers. Her name is Rita (I call her mom) & she was involved in a car accident on Sun. (10/25/09). From what she relayed to me (sometimes her mind is like a sive, so she calls it) there is a blood clot in her 1 lung- they're trying medication for a month. She already has diabetes & basically considered blind in @ least 1 eye. She'll remain in hospital until the details are worked out, as now will require a caregiver to stay w/her. Thank you in advance & please forgive me- this is my 1st time trying to do this!

	ridleyrider wrote at 11/4/2009 11:23:46 PM Update: I briefly spoke w/Rita earlier & from what she told me, the 1st blood clot in her lung burst. Not sure what they did about that, but now she has another 1. They inserted some type of "umbrella" device to hopefully catch it in case it would burst again (so it doesn't go to her heart). She's very weak & has received some blood transfusions, not permitted to get out of bed or anything. I'm hoping to go visit w/her tomorrow. Please continue the power of prayer. Thanks.
