I've decided to ride down early Saturday morning with KayKay. She and I are going to split the cost of the service "Katered Kamping" has... they setup the tent, 2 air mattresses, 2 sleeping bags, cooler and 2 chairs... they break it down when you leave. It's cheap too! We'll see you there!

Here's some stuff about the "NO Passport Required" venue I found out when I visited the Tumbleweed Bar & Grill in Eloy yesterday.
The Tumbleweed has a regular bar kitchen and menu of salads, burgers, wings, Friday Night Fish Fry etc.
So most of your needs can be met without any need to cook.
Nice sun screen covered patio where the bands will play.
Plenty of car and bike parking.
They have NASCAR on TV too.
Looks to be plenty of flat level space for the RV's and lots of room among the creosote bushes for tenting.
All of the camping is outside of the actual event venue so bringing your own liquid refreshments won't be a problem. But please try to patronize the Tumbleweed since they have been kind enough to allow us the use of their facility.
Quads, Golf Carts, Rhinos, ATV's etc will be totally useless.
From Phoenix they suggest using I-10 exit 198 and turning left towards Eloy/Toltec on Jimmie Kerr Blvd (which later becomes Frontier). It's about 7 miles from there on your left.
From Tucson exiting I-10 at 208 is the better choice. Turn right from I-10, cross the rail road tracks and turn left on Frontier. It's about 7 miles on your right.
Exit 203 also works for both Phoenix and Tucson, but the speed limit from I-10 to Frontier is a heavily enforced 25mph.
Your best bet is to MapQuest or Google it if you're not sure.
Hope to see ya there.
Sincerely, your friend Farley McDavidson
