Description: Hey guys, this man is a friend of mine and they could use our help. Ryan is the lead singer for a Lynyrd Skynyrd tribue band. They have treated me like family ever since I met them. read the following and your help and donations would be greatly appreciated. Ryan and Tabitha had a child born 04.28.09 - Thomas H. King. He was born with Hirschsprungs Disease. He will need a bowel and likely a liver transplant. Basically, it is a congenital birth defect that affects his colon, and does not allow him to eliminate body waste or absorb enough food to grow and thrive - he has a colostomy bag right now and a feeding tube. He can only be on the feeding tube for so long - hence the liver transplant. He has had 2 operations involving 5 surgical procedures thus far and has been in three hospitals here in the area. He is currently in UNC Hospital in Chapel Hill. Please send donations to the following address. Mark is the band's bass player and we are working together to help this family. We here in Eastern NC(Wendy Trails)also love the King family-we are doing a fundraiser at Wendy Trails Bar to help offset some of the financial burden-will post as soon as I get the info. By the way-Tuesday's Gone is a kick-ass band-go see them if you get the chance! Love those guys. My heart and prayers are always with the family and Baby Thomas.
