Here more information, On the day,you arrive, Sept.26th-5pm-530pm meet at lido,southside pool-Deck 9,to pick up your blue/white BON silcorn wraist band or come to my stateroom#2235, Sun,Tue & Friday is fun day at sea,11am-5pm,can meet at the same place,southside lido deck 9-where there pool.Or you can ran into them as wraist band will prove that they are on Bikerornot. Tues. night ,would be a good time for meet & Greet, At 9pm-?? at the dance club,Promenade ,Deck 5. You can hang around with me or others and if you want to come to my stateroom to visit or have question,I will be glad to help out.My stateroom#2235.The ship is hugh but that wraist band will help alot.

irishpatti~ according to Carnival.com (as of today) if a US Citizen is taking a "closed loop" cruise (start/end @ SAME port within US) you DO NOT need a passport. You will need proof of citizenship. See FAQ re: passport requirements at Carnival.com

If anyone want to ride their bike there,there is a place to leave their bike at:I have found this parking lot on the website, see link below: http://www.unitedairportparking.com/Default.asp and was told they have a lot is covered, gated and with Surveillance camera; the weekly rate is 97.16. The parking lot provide shuttle to and from the cruise ships. You have to make reservation online. Give them a call to find out more info. Hope this will help.

Do you have parking for riders that ride down to take the Cruise from out of state? While the WHTI requires a valid passport for land and sea travel, a final ruling was issued allowing leniency for “closed-loop” cruises, i.e., sailings that both originate and terminate in the same U.S. port.--- Recent guidance received from the Department of Homeland Security indicates the documentary requirements under WHTI for “closed loop” cruises are not limited to cruises that travel only to contiguous territories or adjacent islands. This means U.S. citizens calling on ports in Honduras, Panama, Costa Rica and Belize will also be exempt from the passport requirement.--- U.S. citizens taking “closed-loop” cruises are not required to have a passport, but will need proof of citizenship such as an original or certified copy of a birth certificate, a certificate of naturalization, a passport card, an enhanced driver’s license (EDL) as well as a government-issued photo ID. Children are also required to bring proof of citizenship, and if 16 and over, a photo ID is also required. Canadian and Bermudian citizens are required to have a passport for air, land and sea travel, including all Carnival cruises. Although a passport is not required for U.S. citizens taking “closed loop” cruises, we strongly recommend all guests travel with a passport (valid for at least six months beyond completion of travel). Hurricane season is July to Sept. but we aren't going til the end of sept-Oct.

Just to let you know that if any of you are a pop drinker,you can get a card for 10 dollars for unlimied pop for the week.

Did this cruise in Feb of 2005... Very nice, but you will find that you will be out at sea more than on land because of the distance between ports. I then did the Eastern Caribbean and found that you spend more time at the ports because of the short distances between stops which made that segment of the cruise much more enjoyable. The trip will cost you ever bit of $2000 by the time you pay for transportation to Miami, hotel and side excursions.... Drinks were $7 a pop

If it your first time on the cruise,you can get a transderm scop patches that you can put behind your ear as one is good for 3 days so you don't get sea sick.The ship doesnt move very fast but take it with you incase you needed them.

Damn, I'm starting a job with a new company in August and I won't have enough personal time acrued or I might just consider this. I did a 4 day cruise to Cozumel in April. I didn't care for Cozumel, but the cruise ship was fun! Do this again next year, maybe in the spring and give us a little more notice. It just might work! Ü

We are still doing the HOGS on the High Seas cruise and supposedly so are 147 from BON. Our cruise includes everything (food 24 hours, shows, outtings, contests, tee shirt swap, plus they give away a bike with no purchase, they just pick a cabin #) only thing extra is booze. Last year one woman played one hand of bingo and won $30,000 cash and tax free. Additionally HOGS cruise is after hurricane season is over. But what ever, yall have a good time and enjoy and we'll do the same. We just got back from Post Office, to apply for Johnny's passport...fee to post office maybe made via credit card, cash, money order or check, but fee to Department of State must be made by check, money order or cashiers check. Some post offices will also take your photo, fee is $15.00.
