God Bless those who are fighting cancer as well as their care givers. Cancer is an aweful thing and I have it strike my family over the past two years several ways. My beautiful loving Mother (76) was diagnoised this March 2009 with stage three Ovarian Cancer, she has surgery in March to remove organs and a tumor that was three pounds that was attached to her chest wall. She has made it to her sixth chemo treatment and her doctor decided to extend the treatments. Her CT Scan is scheduled for November 13th, a Friday! Being Italian the number 13 is a lucky number so we are praying for good results! My baby brother Ross was diagnoised in 2008 with stage four Non-Hodgkins Lynphoma, 10% survivor rate... Here is a man that is a former body builder and focuses on helping other stay healthy and teaching physical fitness. Bam! He was so weak we thought we were going to lose him in June 2008. He fought with all his might and focused on his dreams and today he is now CANCER FREE! A 10% survivor rate! Cancer Sucks but I keep telling my Mother she has too many things she has yet to do and places to go that she has to fight this! God Bless and lets keep this prayer chair rollin'! Peace

Wicked, my friend, you are in my prayers.
My friend Nancy had a stem cell transplant last September. Hopefully it works because this is her last leaf on life. My cousin Therese was also diagnosed with Leukemia last fall. She was already in stage 4, therefore her only recourse was a Stem Cell Transplant. She had that back in January and has been going through a rough time. While she was undergoing the transplant her 39 year old step daughter died of another type of cancer. ============== My prayers are for everyone who suffers from this terrible disease, the families too.=============We can also make a difference by joining in a Walk for Cancer in our local communities.

I have a dear friend suffering with brain cancer right now. She has to have yet another Brain Surgery on Thursday...it has been very hard on the family...My prayers are with all...
and so I pray
GOD please wrap your loving arms around these women, their family and friends who love them. Hold them, comfort them, and help them be at peace knowing that no matter what - everything will be okay. God please bless the doctors who are caring for them and help them in their knowledge and expertise in treating these women. God please help them all during this difficult time not only in their battles with illness, but also the emotional and financial struggles and stress that come when serious illness strikes those we love. "I" pray in Jesus' name, Amen
