Introduction:
Hi! Had some big changes in my life so decided to start new here. If you were my friend before, hope you will ask to be my friend again. I enjoy getting to know all people. Variety is the spice of life!
I work hard and play hard. I know exactly what I want in life. Took me a while to get there and a few wrong turns, but I finally feel I am where I should be and I am extremely happy. I believe if you aren't a "happy person" you better look around and see who you are hanging or living with. Especially on a personal level. Many people say that you make your own happiness, but I can tell you and I truly believe if you are unhappy there is a good chance that you need to make some changes in your life personally and professionally along with the people around you. Don't be like me and wait till someone makes that change for you because while you are waiting for someone else to do something you could be missing out on some wonderful things. The other thing is: believe in yourself and that you only deserve the best! Because you do. Don't ever let other people tell you that what you are doing is wrong if you really believe in it, stick with whatever it is and only surround yourself with people that will support you and lift you up, not tear you down. Been there done that and won't ever do it again. And I totally believe in Karma. Treat people how you want to be treated. What goes around comes back around!
I am a adjunct Professor at a college in Fort Collins, CO. Currently I am teaching Legal Research and Writing I and have also taught Legal Ethics. I graduated from law school in December and I took the bar in February and unfortunately was one of th 50% that didn't pass, but only by 10 points. I took it again in July and will get my results in October. What doesn't kill you makes you a stronger person. I also work full-time for a defense attorney and litigator in Englewood. Our firm acts as the Public Defenders in Lakewood, Colorado.
I bought my first house in January 2008 and I am lovin it! However big changes are on the horizon, my fiance proposed to me in July and we are getting married on October 17, 2009 at Sylvan Dale Ranch in Colorado. It was voted one of the best places to get married. We will be tying the knot by a beautiful heart-shaped pond with a huge party after, complete with open bar and DJ. I can't wait and it is sure to be beautiful in Colorado in October.
I started riding September 2007. I have 4 awesome kids. My oldest daughter rides too and is DStar06 here on bikerornot.
I love making new friends and riding with new people. I belong to a motorcycle meet-up group which is an awesome way to meet and ride with new people all the time.
I own a 2007 Yamaha 650 V-Star that I bought back in September 2007. I have over 6000 miles already!
I am not into the bar scene and I am not on this site to flirt or find someone to be with. I don't cheat. I like to have fun, but it has to be legal. (I know boring but hey I am going to be a lawyer) I don't do tatts, but don't knock anyone that has one. I already have the most wonderful man in my life and don't plan on that changing anytime soon.
