MY LETTER TO A SOLDIER.....
As I sit here feeling grateful, safe and spoiled while trying to imagine what it is like for a soldier at war, I can only speculate and will never comprehend that which you and those beside you can only know. Nevertheless, as my imagination runs wild I find myself compelled to write the way I feel.
I HAVE A PRAYER.....
Whatever you see, hear, smell, feel and taste will be induced by what is beneficial to your well being. May all five of your senses work in sync with your one very important sixth sense so that you are keen and apt to accomplish your assignment and achieve your purpose for being there. May God hold you in his arms and safely deliver you to us as promptly as possible. Amen.

My stepfather was legendary drummer Earl Palmer who played the drums on over a thousand songs (50's - 70's) Initiated into 3 halls of fame. His music plays everyday and will for a long long time.
