Introduction:
This part is hard because after awhile, all the profiles start sounding the same. It seems everyone likes the outdoors and sunsets on the beach. So if I like those things, too, how can I say so and sound original? Fortunately, I do live close enough to the beach that I can often go watch the sunset or sometimes star-gaze at night.
So, let me move onto the other things I like. I'm not a domestic person, but more of a curious explorer. I like to try new restaurants, drive down a different street just to see where it goes, visit new parks, wildlife refuges, festivals, etc. when I can - just to see something different.
Part of being curious is that I like to learn new things. I've got a strong interest in aviation, science and dancing. I take dance lessons once a week for fun exercise. And I recently got my motorcycle endoresment and have been taking short rides to the beach or parks on my new (to me) Yamaha Virago. I know - it's not a Harley. But it does what I need it to. It goes and stops.
The ONLY domestic thing I can do well is crochet. I often do that while watching football LOL. Fair warning - I like football and can be embarassing to watch a game with. I can be just as comfortable at a black-tie affair as I can at a biker bar, if I had reason to be at either. I'm the mom of a grown son who just got married last fall and a senior dog who walks me every night and is needing alot of attention right now. But I get way more from him, I think, than he gets from me.
