Howdy from Waxahachie. Love anything that can be riden, driven, operated, or pushed to the limits. Got my scooter 04/08 and put 300 miles on it my first month. Never been on a bike prior. I am known as Dafaic on the forum boards which stands for Driving as fast as I can. I drive a 08 QC Hemi truck, I ride a 81 GL500. We got a GL1000 in the Garage also as well as one fast LT1 Trans Am. My father-in-law is lurking around here he is the proud owner of those two. Got a small shop of sorts set up in the garage so I can fix or try to fix whatever is wrong. I do real estate appraisals and wrenching is a hobby. I have alot to learn about bikes so I hope yall got a lot to give concerning them.
I have had 27 vehichles since I got a hardship lic. when I was 15. They have ranged from a 72 Super Beetle, 92 Typhoon, 95 Mustang GT, 97 Trans Am, 04 Impala SS, 04 Neon SRT-4, 05 Mustang, and many more. I enjoy going and getting there fast.
05/29/08 I was rearended in my Truck. No more riding till I am back to normal. Had some significant soft tissue damage to my neck. I blacked out at impact for a few seconds.

1981 Honda SILVERWING
I found the bike in Duncanville, Tx. It was only on Craigslist for 3 hours and apparantly I was the only one to see it. Thank goodness for me. I had started looking for a Gl500/650 the day before after reading about them and only found 2 forsale in America. 1 on ebay and 1 on cycle trader. They are the little sister to the GL1100. |
