About Me:
Since our own opinions about ourselves can and usually are a bit skewed, I'll tel you what others tell me. This is what I've been told: I have a very calming presence. I'm kind, thoughtful, intelligent and very patient. I have a knack for explaining things, encouraging people and interacting well with children.
my 2 cents: Even though I'm a morning person, (like to be up before 5am), music and Redbull and or Starbucks are the only things that me going in the morning.
If I do not get my workouts in for the week I am not a happy camper. Dealing with conflicts or disagreements: If something is bothering me, rather than just blurt it out to the person right then and there, I have to think it through before I can discuss it.
My aspirations for the next four years so far are: Saving $ to get a new bike for my 40th b-day, Get it kick ass shape, do well in my professional life and most importantly bring some joy into peoples lives.
