My name is Tammie. I have been happily married to the same wonderful man since 1991. We have 2 "children", both with 4 legs and orange fur. My husband wasn't a cat person when we met, but who couldn't love them once you meet them. We are both from the Richmond/Berea Kentucky area, but moved outside of Knoxville, TN in 2006. We spend most of our time together and I still wake up every morning and go to sleep every night feeling lucky to have him lying next to me. For those who think there isn't anyone out there worth giving your heart to...he is the perfect example that there is.
We love to ride. Seeing new places and meeting new people is what we love to do the most. We usually try to go to the weekend rallys that are around the area, and our big goal is to take a 2 week trip out west. Hopefully around our 20 year anniversary.
As far as work... I am a Certified Medical Assistand and an X-ray tech. I work in an Occupational medicine setting, doing physicals, workmans comp, etc. I've been doing it for a long time, and the fit seems right. I really can't imagine doing anything else.
On the side, I guess you could say for fun, I am an AVON rep, and a Fantasy World rep (adult novelties and toys--you know SEX TOYS!) Keeps life fun and interesting.
On a personal note, I am an army brat. My dad was in the army for most of my childhood. It was great seeing new places. I lost my dad in 2003. It definatly put some things in perspective. It is true that you don't always appreciate what you have till it is gone. My dad was a great man, who wanted nothing more than to make the world laugh. I really don't think he cared if it was with him...or at him. I wish I had realized what a special gift that was when he was here.
