keep in mind, as far as I seen, if you wanted to get a house, now is the time. dont let this mortgage crap scare you... its only messed up with the forclosures usually because people get the loans that have that arm for so long or whatever,,, go with the 10,15,30,or now 40 year fixed loans... spend some time in the home, dont flip,,, you will only screw yourself, or put more money into it... good luck...

sucks, can buy a house, but cant get bike, my motorcycle is still in Maine and have no way to get it, can get house, but cant pay to have shipping company pick it up.. and bring to ohio. And my S10 pick up truck has problems,, besides, no gas money to go anyhow...
