Introduction:
Hey there! Thanks for stopping by.
Just here to keep in touch with friends, perhaps make a couple of new ones, check out the events etc.
I have two daughters that consume 100% of my time every other week and work which always keeps me guessing where I will be next month. With all that, I don't believe I have much to offer to a relationship since anything less than 100% reduces the odds of the relationship succeeding and is just not fair to the other.
I have met a few people on this site, some virtually and others personally, and they have all been wonderful people who I am proud to call a friend.
Just got back into riding a couple of years ago after a twenty year hiatus. Feels good to be back in the saddle again. I love roadtrips and can ride for hours, but I also enjoy stopping off at the local coffee shop or watering hole, just to see what is going on. |

Activities:
Besides riding???? And having a cold beer on a hot day beside a cool lake???
Well, almost everything. I am rather eclectic in that I enjoy getting dressed up on Broadway as much as getting dusty at a rally. I am a passionate reader who doesn't seem to have found the time to pick up a book lately. I love traveling, seeing new places, exploring local establishments, but my favourite destination is home. I was raised on the water and if I am not on my bike, I would rather be on a boat.

Classic Rock, Jazz, a bit of the Blues ... anything with a beat and something to say.

Whatever my daughters are watching.

About Me:
I guess if I had to be definitive, I would say that I am the father of two beautiful, intelligent and gifted young girls. They are my greatest achievements, the well spring of my happiness, my reason for being, the source of my pride and my fountain of youth. It is they who have defined me; made me into the person I am today. They are my highest priority and everything I do is in consideration of them.
Since I cannot be a full-time/stay-at-home-dad, I spend the rest of my time as a "Project Manager/Solutions Architect/Software Developer/Can I buy you a cup of coffee with that?" private IT consultant for multi-national companies. Though I live in Canada, for the past four years I have been working for various companies through out the US and in the UK.
Since 2000, I have been my own boss and my only employee which makes for interesting (albeit sometimes heated) staff meetings. I still believe that one day I will grow up, figure out what I want to do with my life and get a real job, but until then I will keep racking up those air miles on other companies' expenses.
