Introduction:
Single dad of 9&10 yr old boys,Union Brickmason, Riding since I was 14,orphened since I was 9 ( no inlaws ) Enjoy my beer and other libations but am not a drunk. Man of faith in J.C. Most happy when I'm in the wind.Looking forward to the day my boys can ride with me on thier own H.D.'s and see the Black Hills and other beautiful sights throughout our country that our Creator has blessed us as Americans to enjoy.
My boys are quite a handful and not much time for a lot of things but when I do get a break it's spent on one of the bikes.
After my parents passed I lived with two different foster familys the last of which opened a custom bike shop and I spent a lot of time at the shop and bike shows. Started building my first "Chopper" while still in high school and rode from K.C. to L.A. shortly after graduation. I've never had a new car or new truck but both my H.D.'s have had only one owner,guess that shows where my priorities are. With a short five year marriage and two kids 16 months apart the expenses of the BIG D. and sole custody legal fees the new ride got put on the back burner till October of '07 but better late than never. Enjoying BON and the new friends I am makeing. God Bless You ALL, and be SAFE, I've already lost too many Buds in the past!! |

Still runs GREAT and has been a good ride for 27 yrs. Got rid of the factory dog within the first year. S&S solid lifters,andrews cam,S&S Super B carb., Bored 2x, sits now at 30 over with a fresh trans. and Thunderheaders. Got a lot of kidding at first, "Why would anyone want a BELT", it was the first Harley made with a belt drive since 1912 I believe, Now look at the bikes today. I just had a feeling when I saw her on the showroom floor back in Feb. '81 |
