Introduction:
*** STAN UPDATE- Both legs were broken, broken pelvis, some broken ribs and some crushed vertibrae. Also a collapsed lung. This guy is in some serious hurt. Y'all keep the prayers going!
*** UPDATE-10/8- He was in surgery yesterday. They've put pins in his legs and one arm (didn't know that was broken too) He's in an induced coma for now. They put him on a respirator to help with the collapsed lung. They also found something with his shoulder, not sure if it was broke or dis-located. Can't get in to see him, only immediate family right now, but I'm sure he knows everybody is pulling for him.
*** UPDATE-10/10 His spleen has been repaired, didn't have to remove it. From what I understand, he's off the respirator :) Out of induced coma.
*** UPDATE-10/14- Stan is in good spirits! He did develop pnemonia, but is doing good with that. So far so good. They can put Humpty Dumpty together again! :)

About Me:
I'm a Marine Corps Veteran, and member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. Been shot at and missed, shit on and hit :) I lived in upstate New York most of my life working on underground utilities as a heavy equipment operator and foreman. I got the opportunity to work in North Carolina one winter and just fell in love with the state and the people here. Guess I was born a redneck, Florida actually! The weather is great, and I don't freeze my butt off in the wintertime.
5'11" 198lbs. give or take. All back and shoulders from 25+ years of construction work.
I probably work too much, but I love what I do.
I don't hang out in bars looking for dates. I rarely drink, been there, done that.
I'm an early bird and have been for a long, long time. Kinda nice to watch the sun come up every day.
