Introduction:
I hung around my Dad. As a result I have a passion for cars and motorcycles. I would wait by the door for him to come home from work to go for a ride. I have a 78 Monte Carlo that I show. I am a Social Worker in a long term care facility. I have been doing this for about 15 years. Like it but, it can be exhausting at times. Summer is my favorite season. I spend as much as I can outside. Usually fall asleep in a chair on the deck. Love the sun. My passion is cars. I do have a need for speed. I have been in 2 Indy style cars going at 180 mph. I am signed up to go again next summer. I have tickets to the Indy 500, sitting on pit row. The noise from the cars is awesome. |

About Me:
I live by my last favorite quote. Since my divorce, I decided I don't know how much time I have left on this earth so I have been doing things that I may have thought twoice about. I am afraid of heights, took a helicopter ride at Sturgis on the River in Iowa in June. The helicopter was a bubble, no doors and glass all around. I was fine, until the pilot turned around on a dime, I yelled out... Then smiled... It was great and I would do it again. In my early years I had a Yamaha 250. Never had a license. got stopped one time and the cop made me walk it home. Yes he followed me home. After that I took it up to Michigan. There no one cared. I rode that until it fell apart. The man I married and divorced (no room for 2 women) had a Kawasaki, then got a Harley. We traveled alot. The funniest time I can remember, we were in Tennesse. He took the helmet strap under his chin off. The wind blew the helmet off and smacked me in the head. His helmet blew onto the highway. It was fun to watch him run for it. To all riders be safe. To all riders friendship is a must.
