I AM THE FOUNDER OF THE WARRIORS' WATCH RIDERS (WWR). THE WWR IS A TROOP-SUPPORT GROUP, PLAIN AND SIMPLE. WE PROVIDE MOTORCYCLE ESCORTS FOR WARRIORS RETURNING HOME FROM WAR, FOR TROOPS DEPLOYING TO WAR, AND FOR THEIR FAMILIES FOR WHATEVER REASON THEY ASK OF US. WWR WAS FOUNDED ON THE PRINCIPLE THAT WHILE OUR WARRIORS HAVE OUR BACKS OVER THERE, WE HAVE THEIR BACKS HERE AT HOME. WWR WAS FOUNDED ON MAY 1 2008 WITH A HANDFUL OF PATRIOTS, AND AS OF THIS WRITING WE HAVE OVER ONE THOUSAND MEMBERS IN 28 STATES, CANADA, SOUTH KOREA, GERMANY, IRAQ AND AFGHANISTAN. TO JOIN WWR, OR TO FORM A NEW CHAPTER IN YOUR AREA, CONTACT ME AT LUTZ@WARRIORSWATCH.ORG OR GO TO HTTP://WWW.WARRIORSWATCH.ORG

I like long walks on a moonlit beach, holding hands in fields of poppies, hearing the ocean in a shell, and cute puppies and kittens. I'm very sensitive and emotionally fragile. I crave approval and will do almost anything to gain it even from complete strangers.

Just kidding - I don't give a rat's ass what you think of me. Wanna be my friend? That's fine, good even. But do not fuck with me.

WHO I AM:

My road name is "Rock" (of the Marne). I am the Founder of Warriors' Watch Riders, a mounted troop-support group. I can no longer in good conscience support the Patriot Guard Riders in PA because of the self-aggrandizing, dishonorable State Captain. That goes also for the national "leadership," and the Regional Captain, a conniving self promoter called Hawk. These dishonorable men put themselves above the PGR mission and are destroying that organization as a result. I can and do support the PGR in many other states where the leadership is still honorable, such as Delaware under State Captain Bob Moyer.

I am a member of the Friends of the Forgotten (Formerly Rolling Thunder, PA Chapter 1), and I am Assistant Director of the Marne Riders, the motorcycle club division of the Society of the 3RD Infantry Division. I am also a member of the American Cold War Veteran's Association - a group dedicated to winning congressional approval of a Cold War Victory Medal.

WHERE I CAME FROM:

I joined the Army in 1972 right out of High School, offering up my tender 18 year old body as fodder during the Vietnam War Era. I belied that it was the right thing to do. That war "ended" while I was still training and I spent the next eight years of my youth fighting the longest and most critical war for the survival of the West - The Cold War.

I've abused my joints with physical labor and weightlifting for the past 35 years and I can feel it now, but I'm still powerfully built and there ain't much I'm afraid of. Besides, fear is an attitudinal problem, not a physical one.

WHAT I LOVE:

I love women.

I love my Harley and I break out in hives if I don't ride in, say, 24 hours or so. I ride everywhere I go - work, gym, store. I buy one or two meals at a time so that it fits in my saddle bags. One of my many profound life philosophies is that "if it don't fit in my saddle bags, I don't need it. I HATE driving cars and consider that a sometimes-necessary evil that I will go to great lengths to avoid.

I LOVE OUR NATION'S WARRIORS. I LOVE THE MEN AND WOMEN OF THE ARMED FORCES. THEY HAVE PROVEN TO ME, CONSISTENTLY AND REPEATEDLY, THAT THEY REPRESENT THE VERY FINEST YOUNG PEOPLE, IN EVERY WAY, THAT OUR NATION HAS TO OFFER. I WILL DO VIRTUALLY ANYTHING IN MY POWER TO HONOR AND AID THEM AND THEIR FAMILIES AS THEY FIGHT OUR NATIONS WARS. I, ALONG WITH MANY OTHERS, HAVE SWORN TO MYSELF THAT NEVER, EVER, WILL WE ALLOW TO HAPPEN TO OUR CURRENT GENERATION OF TROOPS WHAT HAPPENED TO US IN THE 60'S AND 70'S. NEVER.

I am a professional writer, "professional" being defined as "paid writer," at least when I have the patience to sit down and write.

I am a proud patriot and a staunch Regan Conservative with views somewhere to the right of Attila the Hun. I consider liberals to be enemies of our nation as it was intended to be by the founders and liberalism (as it is defined today, not classical liberalism) a dangerous totalitarian-loving "ism" that must be stamped out if Western civilization is to survive. Liberalism is an oppressive, violent, Socialistic Ideology, which makes Liberals enemies of this nation. THE PRINCIPLES UPON WHICH THIS NATION WAS FOUNDED WERE INTENDED TO GUARANTEE EQUALITY OF OPPORTUNITY. THEY WERE NEVER INTENDED TO GUARANTEE EQUALITY OF OUTCOME, AND EQUALITY OF OUTCOME CAN ONLY BE ENFORCED ON HUMANS BY TAKING AWAY LIBERTY.

IN CLOSING:

I am kind to children and puppies and have been known to help old ladies cross the street.

Favorite Quotes:
Both of the most profound quotes I have ever seen were written by very young people, one male and one female, both killed in action by the enemies of the United States.

The first is by Sgt. Jennifer Hartman, U.S. Army, killed in Iraq at age 20. She wrote this to a friend. I have given this quote a name, and I have used it in all my personal email and posts for the past year and a half. This is "THE RIDE"

"It's not about what happened in the past. It's not about what might happen in the future. It's about The Ride, for Christ's sake."

The second was written by Sgt. Allen Dunkley, 25, also killed in battle, against the enemies of freedom. Bear in mind that this amazing quote comes not from sage old philosopher, but from a 25 year old soldier:

“The one thing I believe in above all else is love. I love my Savior, my family, my freedom and my friends. Most people view love as a word of emotion, I view love as an act of commitment. My act of love is my service in the military protecting and preserving all the things I believe in most, so that my children, family, and friends can enjoy true freedom. I’ve seen war first hand, and have met people that have never known any of the freedoms we take for granted and I never want that for the people I care for most. Semper Fi.”

About Me:
I LEAD - OR I GO ALONE. I DO NOT FOLLOW.

Nothing inherently wrong with following, It's better than getting in the way. But it's not for me. I have done my share and that is over. Been there, done that, got the T-shirt, wore the shirt out and got another one. Wore that out too.
