Introduction:
I ride a 2007 Road King Custom. I serve as the International Vice-President / Web Goddess for Women in the Wind, (www.WomenInTheWind.org and spent 4 years as the International Editor prior to this office with this 30 year old women only motorcycle organization. This year, I founded the Dangerous Curves Chapter of WITW ( www.witwDangerousCurves.com )and I have about 20 active members from all across Florida who meet to ride out of the Tampa area several times a month. I also ride with a local couples group, called the Web Riders. My two local chapters recently sponsored the "Love Shouldn't Hurt" Poker Run and Rally to raise over $10,000 for domestic violence shelter, The Spring of Tampa Bay. ( www.KickstandsUPflorida.com )
I am currently working on two motorcycle related books. One is called www.RealWomenRiders.com and is a fine art documentary photography project. The second is a collection of my favorite rides on Florida roads for bikers. When not riding, you can find me working in web design or photography ( www.raganjpix.com )- or volunteering at a variety of charity projects.
I would LOVE to locate some bikers in Key West, Florida area who could give me some advise on the upcoming January 2009 International Meeting I am hosting on Duval Street for an all female bikers organization. Anyone? Key West advice?
I am married to a sweet guy who has that cool Captain America chopper you will see in the photo album. He also has a HD StreetGlide for cross country trips. He has two kids from a former marriage that we raised thru their teens (and survived!) Beyond surviving teen aged step-kids, I have also survived cancer twice. Wanto to know which was more challenging?
