Introduction:
What do you believe in?
I believe in…..my dad and mom, my daughters and that everyone should have a chance to meet their grandparents, family first, and that it’s ok I believe I’m a princess, I believe in…dancing in the rain, teaching someone to dance, skinny dipping, the beach, camping in a tent, sunbathing, staying up all night just talking, laying in bed on a rainy day, sleeping in a mans t-shirt or naked is good too, I believe in….eating in bed, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, cookies and cream ice cream, bubbles, all music, good friends and going out with the girls, going to a romantic Broadway show or getting buck wild at your favorite club, putting your makeup on in the car, driving with your knee and still having control because your running late due to a soccer practice, hats, getting your hair wet and not worrying about what you look like, a phone should be an accessory and to know when to get off it and go visit the person, I believe in….not worrying about what my house looks like when I’m playing with my girls, that the dressers really are for putting clothes in, being a taxi driver for them because I know they are safe, a little dust won’t hurt you and that if your kitchen and bathrooms are clean your whole house is, I believe in…cook-outs, waking up in a good mood, no attitudes, hot showers, hot tubs and candles even during the day, being organized but doing things at the last minute just because it’s gonna be fun, helping someone when they call at 3:00 am, making your bed but not on vacation, I believe one day I will learn how to whistle and play the drums, I believe in…laughing in the car all by yourself and not caring what people think, always having a good cell signal, really earning those “beads” and having all the windows down in your car and your radio all the way up, I believe in…satisfying your partner and that making love can be just kissing all night long, being happy with yourself and making him happy, leaving a good tip for good service, working and playing hard, watching sunsets and sunrises and being thankful for all I have earned and not wanting what others have, staying out late and going to work the next day, I believe in…saving your money but spending like there is no tomorrow, living like you’ll die tomorrow, smiling until your face hurts and crying “just because”, I believe in….teaching my daughters to reach for the moon because they are already stars, convincing them its ok to be pretty, smart and athletic, still packing their lunches no matter how old they get, photo albums and scrapbooks, memories sometimes no matter how painful they are, laughter and lots of it, REALLY not getting a joke and saying you don’t, a good dirty joke, pillow talks and pillow fights, acting like a kid and wondering why more adults don’t, any good sporting event, I believe in…touching someone’s soul, honesty, tears because they are also apart of life, forgiveness, failure but only when you learn from it, a good “chick” flick with a guy watching with me, any good sport if I can play too, shooting pool, mini skirts, belly rings and tattoos , dressing up for work or to go out, looking just as good in jeans as in a pretty dress, accessories, not spending a lot of money on clothes and still looking nice, I believe in…being a wonderful mom and still making mistakes but never letting my girls know, being their friend but always their mom first, always having their trust and giving them no reason to not trust me, crying at everything they do because I’m so proud of them, giving them their space to grow up but never to much that they will get hurt, teaching them about make-up, driving, boys, protection and love, protecting them and guiding them through life, I believe in their dad and I always will, I believe….it’s ok for me to be a mom, friend, lover and myself just not all at the same time, in cuddling, big bear hugs, Eskimo and Butterfly kisses, that there really is a toe and sock monster, holding hands all the time, public displays of affection, long talks and being a good listener, getting wild whenever you feel the urge, giving massages, writing “silly” notes and beautiful poems, I believe in…lots of attention and being high maintenance only when it comes to affection, sharing and that money should never be an issue, I believe in….people and that there is always something good in everyone no matter how much something hurt from the past, a husband and wife should never stop dating one another even after they are married, Harley Davidson motorcycles, leather and always matching….I believe in God and will never stop believing in Love….I finally believe in myself. |
