Introduction: What's up everyone? I live in a small town called Mathis which is about 25 miles north of Corpus Christi, Texas.
I started riding when I was 12 years old on a Honda 70cc then a Honda 165cc and slowly moved up to bigger bikes as I grew. Took a break from riding from 1985 to last year. Now I ride at every chance I get. Check out my bikes in my Garage below.
I have a fairly big family of 1 wife, 5 boys, 4 girls, (ages 32 to 6 years), and 6 grandkids. I enjoy watching the little ones play out in the yard while I cook BBQ.
I've been a drilling fluids engineer since 1978. I've been self employed in one form or another since 1981.
I went through some self induced crap in my life, but with God's help I got all that straightened out back in 1995. I still stumble at times because I am not perfect and I will never be, but thank God above that I am saved by His perfect Grace.
I have been in the ministry since 1998 when I started producing Christian concerts using Indie groups from the South Texas area. Now I produce about 8 to 10 events a year throughout Texas. You can be sure that I will be letting you know about some biker events that I will put together in the future.

JESUS THE OUTLAW Why would Jesus be called an outlaw? It’s because Jesus didn't fit into the religious mold, or the government mold like the other 99% of society. Jesus and his followers were the 1% that didn't "bow down” to the worlds ways. They were in the world, but not of the world! Jesus was an outlaw, but He was not a criminal. Being an "outlaw" doesn't mean you are a criminal, it just means you don't conform to the world system or its leaders and its officers! Even if you don't fit into societies religious mold, or the governments mold, you still are loved and accepted by "JESUS THE OUTLAW"! Check out this video JESUS THE OUTLAW.
Turn ons:
I enjoy riding in victory on my Victory more than anything else. I love my family of 5 sons and 4 daughters. I enjoy being around people that make me laugh, people with positive attitudes, kindness, and generosity.
Turn offs:
People with negative attitudes tend to really mess up my day so I tend to avoid them. I am tired of Big Brother government. I am don't like thieves, liars, bull shit, greed, and politicians (which encompases the previous four).
Ideal:
I already have my ideal partner. His name is Jesus Christ and He never leaves my side. Oh yeah...He rides a Victory.
Activities: Riding with Bikers For Christ SW Texas Chapter
Interests: Riding my Victory, producing Christian concerts and events, and telling people how Jesus Christ has changed my life...hey it's what I do!
Favorite Books: The Bible
Favorite Quotes: "There comes a time when one must take a position that is neither safe, nor political, nor popular - but one must take it simply because it is right." Martin Luther King, Jr.
Life is too short to wake up with regrets. So love the people who treat you right. Forget about those who don't. Believe everything happens for a reason. If you get a chance, take it. If it changes your life, let it. Nobody said life would be easy, they just promised it would most likely be worth it. <><
About Me: It was in the last week of April in 1995. I had been locked in my office for the last 20 or so hours drowning in the abuse for the day. I was as unhappy with my life as I have ever been. I knew I was addicted to cocaine, and I knew I couldn't quit. I sat there in the early morning hours with a gun to my head ready to end my addiction when I heard the voice of my deceased Grandmother telling me "Steven you don't take your own life, God will take you when He is ready for you." At 4:30 AM I walked over to my house. I crawled into my bed and I cried like a baby to God, "I need your help!"
Out of desperation as a cocaine addict I cried to God, and out of love He was there. Through a series of events God began changing me. He removed the cocaine addiction, and then God began reshaping me to one that He desired me to be.
That night in April was a life changing night for me. Like most of us I had heard about God, about Jesus Christ, and about the Holy Spirit for all of my life. I went to church kicking and fighting as a kid at the insistance of my grandmother. As a young man I went to church on occassion, but with all this I never really knew God.
It is my desire that everyone who comes to my spot in the BikerOrNot world come to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. You can receive Christ right now by faith through prayer (Prayer is talking to God).
God knows your heart and is not so concerned with your words as He is with the attitude of your heart. The following is a suggested prayer:
Dear Heavenly Father, I come to You in the name of Jesus Christ, the Name above every name. I accept Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior and confess unto You that I am a sinner. I ask You to forgive my sins and to come into my heart. In Your forgiveness I am washed clean of my sins, by the shed blood of Jesus. I have become a new creation in Christ and an eternal member of the FAMILY OF GOD. I thank you for my new birth in the wonderful Name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
