About Me:
my name is paul searles, i live in sanford maine. i've been happily mairried to the same woman for the past 25 years.we've put alot of miles down the road togeather over the years she an awsom woman.she is probably the only woman i know that can fall to sleep wile we are riding, the first time i saw her do that was up in the white mountins i looked in the miror and she was laid back on the sissy bar with her mouth wide open snoring up a storm that didnt realy bother me much ,my only fear was a bug flying down her throught and chokeing her.hahahalol i emjoy long rides every chance i get. it dont realy matter what the temp, or weather is when we ride,we have been through it all. all though i have to say riding in the snow sucks a little .we enjoy doing the diferant bike runs in the summer. i use to do construction i did it for most of my life, but in 2002 i fell off a roof and broke my femoral kneck(the ball at the top of your leg, connecting to hip socket)after a long painful recooperation i was offered a job doing something neather i or my family or friends would have ever expected for me,it turns out i seem to have a nack for it .who would have thaught? you see i have a realy cool godson his name is brett.when he was about 18 month old he was diagnosed with severe autismhe is realy aremarkable boy,at the age of 12 he was still pritty much nonverble ,and still suffers all the symtoms of this tarable dis order.as most would figure finding some one heconnect with wasn't an easy task for his family. one day his mother aproched me with a propasition. she told me about this comp.out of portland me.that provided in home support for her sonand they were looking for a worker for himand had not had much luck over about 3 years. at first i said i dont know,i didnt know if i could do it after all what did i know about working with an autistic child? after thinking it over i excepted and applyied for the job.i been working with brett for a couple of years now and most of the time its a blast .i have taught him to fish,we do trail walks, we've been to air shows, for his thirteenth birthday i built him a three costomized three wheel l.a. chopper bicycle,we take it every where but i'd have to say the beach is his favorite of all.thanks for visiting my site and feel free to add me
