Introduction:
I have ridden off and on for most of my life (but in the interest of honesty, they weren't big bikes and I stopped for a couple of decades, so I'm trying to find out if I'm a biker or not - LOL), but I only recently got my current ride, an Indian Chief. I've had it since the first part of May and have added 5000 miles to the odometer. I am a teacher and former member of the U.S. Air Force. I enjoy traveling, riding, boating, reading, hanging out, and most of all intelligent conversation. Well, I completed my ride from Las Vegas to North Carolina. It was 2437 miles and every one of those miles was a great mile. I'd be ready to go again except I have to get some things done around here. I also rode in the Fallen Hero ride for the trooper in Asheville. There were between 4400 and 4600 bikers there. AMAZING! Now I can't wait to see what is next. I LOVE having my summers off!
By the way, is it just me, or does a woman who has and rides her own bike automatically 10 points hotter? Don't get me wrong, I love women and they can all be so hot it incinerates you, but one who has a bike .... wow.
