Blues, classic rock, jazz...pretty much anything except rap and that "crying in your beer" country crap. I like anything I can play my sax with.

Favorite Movies:
Too many to name here...but my all time favorite is "Casablanca"
|
Favorite Books:
Zen and the Art of Motorcycle maintenance...lol A lot of different authors, but Robert Heinlein's books "Stranger in a Strange Land" and "Time Enough for Love" changed my life and set my course at an early age and severely warped my view of the world.
|
Favorite Quotes:
"People are more violently opposed to fur than leather because it's safer to pick on rich women than biker gangs."
"That boy just ain't right" As said by everyone that knows me...lol

About Me:
OK let's dispel some misconceptions about me right up front... I grew up in Arkansas, but...I do own shoes, I don't chew tobacco, I don't own a gun...(well I do, but I don't have any BB's for it) and I have never dated a really close relative for any great length of time.
I'm 5'8", 165 lbs, very blonde (natural) hair down past my shoulders, brown eyes with a somewhat athletic build.(Think Blonde Pool Boy, more the casual (younger looking) Jimmy Buffett type on a motorcycle kind of man.) I'm just as comfortable in blue jeans and a t-shirt slamming a few cold ones at a bar as I am dressed up and enjoying a fun filled evening of great food, fine drink, good music and dancing.
To pay for gas and bike toys, I'm a salesperson/greeter at Denney's Harley Davidson in Branson MO down floating on the water at the Branson Landing...even better than being one at Wally World :-) I work sometimes as a sax player in clubs and/or at parties. Spent many years on radio as a DJ (Think of a voice similar to Sam Elliot's...just not quite as much gravel in it...but close) all over the country until I quit travelling to raise my youngest child by myself. I also play my Saxophone any chance I get. (Blues, R&B, Jazz and Rock mostly for the last 40 something years) A man of many talents, but master of none...lol ( Does this make me a blue collar geek?) At least this leaves me time to spend with my GF and son (Who I have had custody of for the last 9 years) and to go riding motorcycles on all the great curvy roads around here.
