My Biker Poems….


I do a little writing now and then
This one goes out to my biker boyfriends
I sit and I stand throughout the day
Waiting for buses, making my way
It seems so boring as the cars go by
But then I here it, that sound that makes me so high
That rumble, that roar, my insides they soar
It’s a Harley…Need I say more

As I wait on the streets for the buses to arrive
I hope and pray for my love to ride by
I grew up around them and they did something then
But I got away from that side, those dirty white men
I remember their kick starts and the excitement it brought
Yes, they were cool but that’s not all that he taught
He told of the meanness and danger they would bring
So I listened to Dad and found another something
But when you belong to a something deep in your heart
You’ll search for it at every days new start
I love those Bikers, Yes I do!!!
Without you guys I be stuck with ball less yuppies….
