Introduction:

If you are on this site looking for a date,
keep looking, because that is not why I am here.

If you are on this site looking for friends, sending a friend's request is not the way to go about it. The proper way is this:

  1. See a local ride you want to do, and sign up.
  2. If you see that I am also signed up, and want to meet me there, then go ahead and send me a message telling me something unique about you, and ask me to keep an eye out for you at an event.
  3. When you see me, remind me of what you told me in your email.
  4. If meeting you does not make the little hairs on the back of my neck stand on end, we might actually have a conversation.

Repeat 3 or 4 more times, and by then I might be able to remember who you are.

Is that rude? Sorry. But I use this site to stay up to date with the friends I already have. I want to see what events and rides they plan on attending and I want to see their comments on photos and to events. I do not want my news feed cluttered up with information from people I have never met and probably never will.

I RARELY REVIEW MY FRIENDS REQUESTS. There are currently over 400 of them "pending", because I got tired of deleting them as they came in about my third day on this site. If I didn't accept your request, don't take it personally.

Warriors’ Watch Riders is a motorcycle-mounted Troop Support group. We exist for the purpose of supporting our troops, past and present, and their families. We wear many different “colors,” or none at all. We are bikers, or we are not. We are veterans, or we are not. We are men, women, children. What we all have in common is an unwavering dedication to the support of our troops and their families.

Warriors’ Watch will provide motorcycle escorts for military units returning from war, for units deploying, and for individual warriors coming home or going off. Warrior’s Watch works very closely with “A Hero’s Welcome,” and provides a motorcycle escort component to their good work when they require it.

Warriors’ Watch will also support military families and unit Family Readiness Groups. When asked, we will attend, promote, and add a little excitement to fund raisers, family-support events and other activities. We will provide motorcycle escorts for military family members in any awareness-raising activity in which they may be engaged.

Warriors’ Watch currently covers the Delaware Valley area: Philadelphia and the surrounding counties, South New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland. WE ARE EXPANDING INTO OTHER AREAS AND STATES. WE CURRENTLY HAVE MEMBERS IN OHIO, NORTH CAROLINA, AND FLORIDA. CONTACT US FOR INFORMATION ON STARTING YOUR OWN CHAPTER OF WARRIOR’S WATCH.

Warrior’s Watch does not charge money for our services, nor do we accept donations. All of our activities are carried out by volunteers who pay their own way - we are not interested in fundraising. What we need is YOU, either to ride with us or to stand with us as we cheer our homecoming and departing troops, or as we travel to support unit family groups in their activities.

Hey, it's the internet! I figure, I can come on here and tell people I am a tall blonde with a huge rack and great job with her own bike that rides about 20,000 miles a year, who has ridden 1500 miles home alone with only a year's experience, once went down at 80 mph and walked (well, limped) away, used to jump out of airplanes for fun but now just goes hunting once a year...

Or I can make some shit up to try and collect as many imaginary friends as I can.

It seems as though this site is a great one for finding imaginary friends. What's the point of having a bunch of people listed as friends when you don't know anything about them? How do I know if the profile someone has on the internet is even remotely close to being real?

The friends I have listed are REAL friends. I know them, and they know me. They are my brothers and my sisters. In most cases (95%), we have met, laughed, and probably ridden together. The few (5) I have listed that I haven't met yet, I have gotten to know real well over the last year or 2, and I am pretty sure I will meet them eventually, and that they will be exactly who I know them to be. So, unless there is a basis of some sort to establish a friendship, I will not be adding friends just because a request was sent.

Turn ons:
Ignition switches, power buttons, electrical outlets and NEW TIRES. I am serious about the new tires.
Turn offs:
Guys that can't communicate effectively. Bad tick checkers. Oh, and if a guy comes on to me, that is usually a turn off, too! Seriously, I am not looking to be "hit on" by anyone here.
Ideal:
He knows who he is. I want someone that I would love to be with, without changing a thing...but that I would still love if he changed over time on his own.
Favorite Quotes:
I'd like to run away
From you,
But if you didn't come
And find me ...
I would die.
