I would like to take a few mins to say hello to everyone. Yes I did get married on New Years Eve to the love of my life. Sorry we didn't get the word out or tell anyone. I have known Rene' for 4 years we have played tag with each other and could not make it work until now. When you find the one that makes you happy HOLD on to them at all costs and thats what we have done. Between the two of us we have 12 kids and 7 grandkids and a total family count of over 30
I would like to take the time to thank everyone that has sent emails and TXT msg to both of us to wish us well and congrats.
Rene' has just entered the Military and now back at basic training for another 8 weeks. Then she will have to go away for 7 months of training before comming home for good. When she is away I will get to see her 6 to 10 days a month for 7 months.
We would like to thank you all again YOU are family...
She will be riding in the wind with us soon. I went thu basic training at 28 and WOW it was tuff and she is 39. She is having a few problems with her knees and hips we just hope the doctors can keep her going to complete something she has always wanted to do.
I will keep in touch with you about events at JW's I have 5 coming up this year and I'm sure you will have a great time.

Ok...for those of you who know, and those of you who don't:
I have enlisted in the Delaware National Guard and am home on Christmas Exodus. I will be returning on Friday, Jan 2 to complete the final 8 weeks of basic training, graduating on Feb 26 - Lord Willing!!! This Wednesday, December 31, 2008...Rod and I are getting married. We have known each other about 4 years and finally started dating just before I left for basic. He is a wonderful man and I love him with all my heart! Together we will build our lives centered around family. Between the two of us we have 12 children and 7 grandchildren. I can't describe in words how happy I am and thankful that God has finally blessed me with a real man to love me and spend the rest of our lives together. As you celebrate New Years, think of us and wish us well.

I'm a Sr NCO in the Army. I'm in my 28th year and hope to retire soon.
