Holly Hills is putting on a parade on Sunday, April 1st., to welcome home a neighborhood son who is returning from combat deployment, Helmand Province, Afghanistan. The parade will start at Holly Hills Elementary School at 6161 E. Cornell Avenue, Denver. The school is just a couple of blocks from Sam's house and the actual parade distance will be approximately one mile. The parade will go to Sam's house, 2960 S. Kearney Street, Denver, CO. 80222, for a reception. Everyone is invited. This event is sponsored by Colorado Supporting Our Troops and the VFW.
US Army PFC Samuel L. Feese is with the 1-505 Parachute Infantry Regiment, 3 Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division.
Let's meet at the school 6161 E. Cornell Avenue, Denver, by 1:15PM and plan for a 1:30PM briefing. Everyone is invited! The parade will not go directly to PFC Feese's house.
